  • Fondue to make at home   €14,50 per person

(includes bread, salad, wine/spice mixture, manual)

  • Extra charcuteries for fondue   €4,- per person


  • Raclette   €18,50 per person

Includes two sorts of raclette cheese to melt at home, potatoes, salad and charcuteries

  • Gratin de Crozets  €16,- 

Pasta gratin with Comté, Beaufort and Abondance cheese, bacon, onions, cream. Cook in the oven at home.

Bistrot des Alpes

A complete Alpine experience

Decorated like a French Alp chalet, Bistrot des Alpes offers a complete Alpine experience. Chef Thibault prepares typical French Alp dishes and a menu inspired on the French kitchen. You can taste in Bistrot des Alpes the Cheesefondue, Raclette and Tartiflette or our more refined seasonal menu based on the French gastronomie.

We work together with small Farms and a butcher in the Haut-Savoie to propose great quality of cheese and charcuteries. Our wine list contains carefully selected wines from the French Alps that we import ourselves.
Discover also our Alpine digestives like Génépi and Chartreuse.

Who are we?

Thibault en Dieuwertje

Chef Thibault studied at the Hotel management school in Thonon-les-Bains.

In Amsterdam he worked for great local chefs like Dennis Kuijpers (restaurant Vinkeles 1* Michelin) and Onno Kokmeijer (restaurant Le Ciel bleu 2* Michelin)

Hostess Dieuwertje has been on his side since 2010. Together they do their best to give you a great experience.

A five minute walk

from the Carré theater

For guests that have a theater show, Bistrot des Alpes can be an excellent choice. We are situated on a five minute walk from the Carré theater. We open from 17:30 so you will have enough time before the show.
